Terms of Service

Please be patient with me as I am evolving in my art skills! <3All comms are on a first come first serve basis. You will be informed when I begin on your commission if there is a queue.You will receive a large, high detailed PNG that has a small watermark in my design somewhere upon completion.Terms of Service:- I reserve the right of choice to turn down a comm.- Full payment up front all in USD thru Paypal or Kofi (no payment plan options).- All communication will either be through Twitter or Discord.- Provide clear image references.- Clearly state whatever requests you have OR if you will allow me creative freedom with the poses with your character.- If there's any extra details, pricing will be discussed and adjusted (e.g. more than 4 horns in total, extra hair, fur, frills, etc.).- State whether it is for personal or commercial use. This is for PERSONAL use only! (e.g., profile picture for social media sites, personal computer wallpaper, etc)
Give me credit for it where it can be clearly seen! If you refuse to give credit, steal my work, I will refuse to do any further business with you, and you will be blacklisted.- If for commercial purposes, depending on usage, pricing will be further discussed.- I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotion and portfolio use.- Allow 5 days to 4 weeks turnaround time (I will inform if there is any prolonged delay, if there is and you wish for a refund, you are free to have up to 3/4 refund and a comm cancellation depending on how far along the art is along).
Example: if I am in the coloring stage, I will not refund. If it is in the sketching stage (before refined linework), I will allow 3/4 refund. If it is in refined linework stage, I will allow 1/2 refund.- State clearly if you do not wish your project to be worked on my live stream.- DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI PROGRAMS!!!! DO NOT USE FOR NFTS!!!!!!

- Humanoids (I mean I can try but cannot guarantee it being really quality ;-;)- NSFW- Anything that isn't inherently draconic at this time- Any hate symbols or racist imagery/symbolism- Mecha
